Advocacy Working on behalf of teachers to improve their working conditions and pay.
Compensation Advocating for increased wages and benefits of district employees and negotiating the use of district funds to the benefits of teachers.
Communication Working on behalf of teachers to communicate their needs and concerns to district administration.and being a voice for the certified staff.
Representation During important district conversations CCEA speaks on behalf of teachers and helps steer district initiatives.
Negotiation Updating and revising the Certified Negotiated Agreement to reflect recent concerns and needs of teachers.
Support On a local level, CCEA represents our members during disputes and HR issues to hold all parties accountable and ensure due process for our members.
